Join us for a guided walking tour of Masarykova čtvrť and discover the beauty of this historic district of Brno.
During the tour, you will learn about the area's history and present day, explore remarkable buildings and villas, and hear the fascinating stories behind them.
Among the highlights are the Villa of Josef Kudela, a number of Functionalist villas, the villas of the Mining and Metallurgical Company, works by Bohuslav Fuchs, Mrs. Fisher’s house, which resembles a small castle, and many other architectural gems.
The tour will take place on Friday, September 4, starting at 5:15 PM, and will last approximately 2 hours. The meeting point is on Kraví hora. The exact location will be sent to you by email after your booking.

We offer two different guided walking routes through Masarykova čtvrť, as the district is quite extensive.
Each tour lasts approximately 90–120 minutes. We recommend starting with this route.

Price and Information
- Children under 6 years: free of charge
- Price: CZK 360
- Duration: approximately 2 hours
- Guide: Martin Martinec – 3 years of experience as a tour guide and author of the book Příběhy brněnských vil a domů
- Maximum group size: 15 participants
- The tour does not include Villa Stiassni.
- Terrain: hilly with some steep sections; not suitable for visitors with mobility impairments.
- In the event of bad weather, the tour will be rescheduled to a new date, which will be announced to all participants in advance. If you are unable to attend the new date, you will receive a full refund.
- When you arrive, please identify yourself using the name and phone number you provided during the booking process. This allows us to confirm your reservation and payment.
- The tour ends on Vinařská.
